Chicken stuffed with spinach and Horio Light White Cheese

An easy and delicious recipe with chicken breast, Horio classic olive oil and Horio light white cheese. Try it!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put Horio Classic olive oil in a pot, add green onion and onion and sauté over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add spinach and sauté for another 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. In a bowl put spinach mixture and let cool.
  5. Add dill, eggs, Horio Light White Cheese and pepper and mix well.
  6. With a knife carve each chicken in half like a butterfly and fill with spinach-cheese mixture.
  7. Close chicken breasts and bake for 10 minutes from each side.
  8. After 15 minutes, drizzle with Horio Classic olive oil, lemon and oregano.
  9. Serve.
