DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate the salmon in the Horio Classic Olive Oil, lemon and salt and pepper
  2. Grill at 200 degrees until both sides are browned, for approximately 15 minutes

Prepare the sauce

  1. Boil vinegar, wine and onion on medium heat
  2. When the liquid has reduced to half, remove pot from stove and add cubed Horio Cow Butter and stir quickly so as to result in a homogeneous mixture
  3. Add the milk cream to the mixture, season with salt and pepper and place back on the stove for one, final boil
  4. Serve the salmon with boil potatoes and pour butter sauce on top of dish

    ¾ cup TOP White Vinegar ¾ cup white wine 1 large blended onion (in a mixer) 100 gr Horio Cow Butter 1 cup milk cream Salt and pepper
