DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut in pieces the Horio light white cheese and put them in a blender until it is a homogeneous mixture
  2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Knead the balls into the size and shape of walnuts
  4. Divide the balls into 4 groups of 5. Roll each group over a different spice.
    • 5 balls over the chopped pepper,
    • 5 over the sweet paprika
    • 5 over dry mint and
    • 5 over turmeric.

Serve on a platter as a snack before dinner.
