DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove crust from the bread and soak the crumb in water. Then, remove from water, softly squeeze it and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add minced meat in the bowl with the crumb and knead.
  3. Add onions and keep kneading.
  4. Add eggs, cumin, oregano, ouzo, salt and pepper and knead again.
  5. Put mixture in fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Make balls, flour them and fry them in hot Horio Classic olive oil.

Tips: Ouzo meatballs can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Accompany with rice or fried potatoes.
