Pasta flora with marmalade and Horio margarine with greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer, until dough becomes pliable.
  2. Spread ¾ of the dough to a 20 cm diameter, ½ cm thick pan. Spread the marmalade in the centre.
  3. Coat the dough all around with a beaten egg.
  4. Make strings from the remaining dough and spread on the surface, forming frames. Each string should have a 2cm distance from one another. Coat them with beaten egg.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 180 C for approximately 25 minutes.
