Plum and almonds pudding

Plums, cinnamon, grounded almonds sweetly combined with Horio cow butter in a delicous recipe by Dimitris Skarmoutsos.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven at 180C.
  2. Put plums, cinnamon, lemon zest and brandy in a bowl and leave aside.
  3. In the meantime, prepare dough. Beat Horio cow butter with sugar until fluffy and add eggs, one by one.
  4. Add flour and grated almonds and mix well.
  5. In a baking sheet put plums and lay dough on top. Sprinkle with almond flakes.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until brown.
  7. Serve warm with beaten sour cream.
