DIRECTIONS

  1. Oil a broiler and over medium heat lay it with figs sliced in half. Leave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix Horio Sustainable olive oil with TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon.
  3. In a salad bowl put rocket, figs, peanuts, cheese and cranberries. Pour sauce over the salad and serve.

    6-8 fresh figs (depends on their size) Horio Sustainable olive oil 140 gr rocket ¼ cup or 30 gr peanuts 1 tsp dried cranberries 110 gr blue cheese or gorgonzola
