Salad with chicken, Horio feta cheese and avocado

A recipe from chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos. It's so easy and tasry that will soon become everybody's favorite!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop the chicken, the lettuce, the tomatoes and the cucumbers.
  2. Peel and slice the avocado.
  3. Dress all ingredients (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado) with 1 tsp lemon juice and set aside.
  4. Smash feta cheese with your hands and add oregano and mint. Set aside.
  5. Select the leaves of parsley and set aside.
  6. Mix 3 tsp lemon juice with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  7. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and avocado at the end. Mix all ingredients gently so as not to smash them.
  8. Add Horio Classic olive oil and lemon juice.
  9. Serve with pies or bread.
