Stewed oysters with spinach

DIRECTIONS

  1. Clean the onions and chop them.
  2. Rinse the parsley and the dill and chop them too.
  3. Rinse and clean the spinach and coarsely chop it into large pieces.
  4. Clean the garlic and chop it (almost melt it).
  5. In a pot, put Horio soft margarine with olive oil. Sauté the onion at medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the mussels, the dill, the parsley and the spinach while constantly stirring. Cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
