  1. Mix the eggs with the milk.
  2. In a nonstick pan, pour over Horio sustainable olive oil. Once it gets warm, add the eggs and reduce heat. Turn over when bottom gets brownish.
  3. On half of the surface of the omelet, put Horio feta cheese, Horio graviera cheese slices, the turkey, the finely sliced tomatoes, the pepper, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. When omelet gets warm and cheese starts melting, use one side of the omelet in order to fold it: with a spatula, lift the one half you haven’t spread the ingredients on and use it to cover the other.
