DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve the vanillas and the ammonia in the lukewarm milk.
  2. Mix Horio butter Corfu type (or Horio soft light butter) and the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one by one, while mixing.
  3. Add the milk and the flour and knead well until dough becomes supple. If needed, add some more flour.
  4. Make cookies in braids and put them in a tray layered with a greaseproof paper.
  5. Beat the last egg with some water and with a brush, cover your cookies. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200C (until brown on top).
