- Keep 1 cup of the boiled pasta water and drain the remaining water
- In the same pot pour the 1 cup of boiled pasta butter, the milk cream and the butter
- Heat them while continuously stirring and add the drained spaghetti
- Mix well and sprinkle the Horio Shredded Cheese mix with Graviera or the Horio Long Maturation Graviera; Give it a final stir
- Serve the spaghetti hot
