Alfredo Pasta with cheese, butter and cream

INGREDIENTS

500 gr spaghetti No. 6 70 gr Horio cow butterfat 1 cup milk cream 150 gr finely grated Horio Long Maturation Graviera cheese or Horio Shredded Cheese mix with Graviera 1 cup of the water from the boiled pasta Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil pasta in well-salted water for approximately 7-8 minutes
  2. Keep 1 cup of the boiled pasta water and drain the remaining water
  3. In the same pot pour the 1 cup of boiled pasta butter, the milk cream and the butter
  4. Heat them while continuously stirring and add the drained spaghetti
  5. Mix well and sprinkle the Horio Shredded Cheese mix with Graviera or the Horio Long Maturation Graviera; Give it a final stir
  6. Serve the spaghetti hot
