INGREDIENTS 2 kilos apples 2 cups of sugar or honey 4 cups of water 2 cinnamon sticks 4-5 cloves
- Wash the apples and place them in a tray.
- Add all the ingredients.
- Cover the tray with a silver foil and place in the oven at 2000C for about 2-2 ½ hours.
- When baked, remove the apples from the tray, place them in a platter and pour the remaining syrup from the tray over the apples.
