Colored Basmati Rice


500 gr Basmati Rice 2 tbsp Horio soft low fat with cow butter 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 1 tbsp finely chopped chives 2 finely chopped fresh onions 1 tsp finely chopped dill 1 tsp finely chopped tarragon 1 cup of chicken broth Salt and Pepper


  1. Put rice in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In the same pot, melt Horio soft low fat with cow butter and sauté onion for a minute. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and rice. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix well and add herbs.
  4. Serve (optionally with meat or fish).
