700 gr beef, in portions 200 gr small onions 400 gr chopped tomatoes (or 1 big can) 200 ml TOP Red Vinegar 200 ml olive oil Koroneiki variety 200 gr mushrooms (optional) 10 allspice grains 10 cloves 2 bay leaves Salt, pepper


  1. Place beef slices in a wide and shallow pot, with the small onions on top.
  2. Season it and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Place pot over strong heat and then lower heat after the first boil.
  4. Leave for two and a half hours.
