Turkey patties with zucchini and pine nuts

INGREDIENTS

600 gr turkey minced meat 1 egg 2 tbsp grated Horio Graviera Cheese (Sweet or Mature) 2 grated small zucchini 2 tbsp pine nuts 1 grated onion 1 tsp basil pesto 5 tbsp Horio Koroneiki Variety Olive Oil 1 cup breadcrumbs Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, apart from the breadcrumbs. Knead well and add breadcrumbs in two parts.
  2. Preheat oven at 190 C.  In a baking pan lay a parchment paper, wet your hands with water and divide the mixture into four patties.
  3. Bake until golden brown (20-25 minutes).
  4. Serve with salad or rice.
