Cabbage with rice and tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS

½ medium sized cabbage 1 cup of rice 1 cup tomato juice 1 cup Horio Classic olive oil 10 cups of water salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Clean the cabbage, rinse it and cut it in pieces.
  2. In a pot, put Horio Classic olive oil, the tomato juice, salt, pepper and water, and let it boil.
  3. When boiled, add the cabbage and leave it on heat until the cabbage softens.
  4. Add the rice and keep cooking for about 8 more minutes.
