INGREDIENTS ½ medium sized cabbage 1 cup of rice 1 cup tomato juice 1 cup Horio Classic olive oil 10 cups of water salt and pepper
- Clean the cabbage, rinse it and cut it in pieces.
- In a pot, put Horio Classic olive oil, the tomato juice, salt, pepper and water, and let it boil.
- When boiled, add the cabbage and leave it on heat until the cabbage softens.
- Add the rice and keep cooking for about 8 more minutes.
