INGREDIENTS 1 Horio soft organic margarine with extra virgin olive oil 2 packages of whole grain biscuits 300 gr mascarpone cheese 250 ml condensed milk Juice from 1 large lemon Jam of your choice
- Crumble the cookies in a blender and lay the cookie powder at the bottom of a baking pan.
- Melt the Horio soft organic margarine with extra virgin olive oil and pour on top of the cookie crumble
- Mix the mascarpone cheese with the sweetened milk and add little by little the lemon juice.
- Beat the mixture until it looks fluffy and then place it over the cookie mixture in the form.
- Let it mold in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- When it is hard enough, spread over the surface the jam.
