INGREDIENTS 400 gr. lean chicken 200 gr. Horio Graviera cheese – Sweet or Mature 2 medium sized apples (preferably green apples) 1 finely chopped lettuce 1 bunch of celery 1 tblsp TOP apple cider
- Cut the chicken in cubes, add salt and pepper and sauté it for 5 minutes at medium heat.
- Clean the apples, cut them into thin strips and put them in a bowl.
- Add the celery and the lettuce, both chopped, the chicken and Horio Graviera cheese cut in cubes.
- Pour over the mayonnaise and vinegar and stir the mixture slightly.
