INGREDIENTS 10 pork tenderloin fillets 2 red Florina peppers 2 green peppers 2 tblsp curry 20 cherry tomatoes 1 kilo prosciutto 15-20 sticks for souvlaki salt and pepper
- Rinse, clean and cut the peppers in pieces as well as the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cut the prosciutto in thin rectangular pieces.
- Put the ingredients on the sticks, in the following order: pork tenderloin, cherry tomatoes, peppers, prosciutto and over again.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, the curry and cook it on a nonstick grill or in the oven grill for about 30 minutes at 180C, always depending on how well done we want them to be.
