Colorful pork souvlaki (with peppers, cherry tomatoes and prosciutto)

INGREDIENTS

10 pork tenderloin fillets 2 red Florina peppers 2 green peppers 2 tblsp curry 20 cherry tomatoes 1 kilo prosciutto 15-20 sticks for souvlaki salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse, clean and cut the peppers in pieces as well as the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Cut the prosciutto in thin rectangular pieces.
  3. Put the ingredients on the sticks, in the following order: pork tenderloin, cherry tomatoes, peppers, prosciutto and over again.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, the curry and cook it on a nonstick grill or in the oven grill for about 30 minutes at 180C, always depending on how well done we want them to be.
