INGREDIENTS 4 Cretan Dakos (Greek traditional barley rusk) 100 gr Horio organic feta cheese 2 fresh ripe tomatoes Horio organic extra virgin olive oil Fresh oregano Salt 6 Horio organic Kalamata olives
- Moisten the dakos with some water.
- Season them with salt and sprinkle them with some Horio organic extra virgin olive oil.
- Then chop the tomatoes or grate them.
- Add some extra salt and add Horio organic feta cheese
- Pour a generous amount of Horio organic extra virgin olive oil and finally, add the oregano and decorate with olives.
