INGREDIENTS 5 big eggs (we will keep the egg whites from the 4 of them) ¼ kilo Horio Feta cheese or Horio light white cheese 1 small spring onion 1 medium sized celery 2 tblsp mayonnaise 1 cup croutons salt and pepper
- In a pot, boil the eggs.
- Let them cool, scour them and then slice them into small pieces.
- Finely chop the celery and the spring onion.
- Crumble Horio Feta cheese (or Horio light white cheese) using your hand.
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients –mayonnaise, croutons, Horio Feta cheese (or Horio light white cheese), and mix them well. Salad is ready to serve.
