Feta cheese pasta salad
Tomatoes, onions, Horio feta cheese and Horio Mountain Regions olive oil: make a traditional Greek salad. For the pasta version, just add penne!

INGREDIENTS

1 package of penne 2 tomatoes 1 onion ΒΌ kilo Horio Feta Cheese Mountain Regions 3 tbsp Horio extra virgin olive oil Mountain Regions parsley salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil the pasta for about 10 minutes. Strain them, let them cool and put them in a bowl.
  2. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in small cubes, and chop the onion, as well as, the parsley.
  4. Add the vegetables in the bowl.
  5. Crumble Horio Feta Cheese Mountain Regions and add it in the bowl as well.
  6. Add some Horio extra virgin olive oil Mountain Regions, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix well and serve.
