Feta cheese pasta salad
Tomatoes, onions, Horio feta cheese and Horio sustainable olive oil: the basics for traditional Greek salad. For its pasta version, just add penne!

INGREDIENTS

1 package of penne 2 tomatoes 1 onion ΒΌ kilo Horio Feta Cheese or Horio light white cheese 3 tblsp Horio Sustainable olive oil parsley salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil the pasta for about 10 minutes. Strain them, let them cool and put them in a bowl.
  2. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in small cubes, and chop the onion, as well as, the parsley.
  4. Add the vegetables in the bowl.
  5. Crumble Horio Feta cheese (or Horio light white cheese) and add it in the bowl as well.
  6. Add some Horio sustainable olive oil, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix well and serve.
