Amazing milk pie with semolina, sugar, cinnamon and melted Horio sheep’s butter. Everyone will love it!

1 lt full fat milk 8 tbsp thin semolina 4 tbsp white sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp melted Horio sheep’s butter zest of 1 lemon 1 vanilla powder pinch 1 tblsp brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon


  1. In a saucepan heat up the milk and add semolina, white sugar and stir over high heat, until combined.
  2. Remove of the heat and add eggs, melted Horio sheep’s butter, zest, vanilla and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake at 175 C for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the pie. Bake for 5 minutes.
