INGREDIENTS 250 gr. Greek noodles (chilopitaki) 3 finely chopped small spice peppers 4 finely chopped garlic cloves 1 tblsp finely chopped parsley 2 finely chopped medium mature tomatoes 1 tblsp tomato paste 1 tblsp Horio Cow’s Butter 2 tblsp Horio Koroneiki Variety Olive Oil Salt and pepper 100 gr Horio Feta Cheese or 100 gr Horio Goat’s Cheese | | DIRECTIONS- Boil noodles for 8 minutes – keep a cup of the water they boiled in.
- In the same pot, melt Horio Cow Butter and sauté peppers, garlic and tomato paste for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and the noodles’ water. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add noodles, salt and pepper, stir until well combined and remove from heat.
- Add Horio Feta or Horio goat’s cheese, parsley, Horio Koroneiki Variety olive oil, stir and serve.
