Honey-glazed oven potatoes

8 medium-sized peeled potatoes, cut into 6 pieces each juice from one orange juice from one lemon 4 tablespoons mustard salt and pepper ½ cup of Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes


  1. Preheat the oven at 230°C and place a pan inside the oven in order to heat it as much as possible.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into six pieces each.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven, pour some olive oil inside, then add the potatoes and mix very well.
  4. After the potatoes have baked for about 10 minutes, in a bowl mix the orange and the lemon juice, the mustard, the red pepper flakes, the salt and pepper and pour it over the half-baked potatoes. Stir every 15 minutes.

This is a perfect side dish to accompany meat, fish and poultry.
