Horio Sweet Graviera cheese and sundried tomato stuffed in chicken breast, giving an amazing result. Ideal recipe for a table for two.

Chicken stuffed with graviera cheese, sundried tomato and basil

INGREDIENTS

2 chicken breasts (250 gr each) 4 sticks Horio Sweet Graviera (50-60gr) 5 chopped sundried tomatoes 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp Horio Sustainable Olive Oil 1 tbsp Horio soft with Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Toothpicks

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season meat with salt and pepper and sprinkle them with basil.
  2. Lay on each fillet’s edge sundried tomato and squeeze so that ingredients stick on the meat.
  3. Add Horio Sweet graviera cheese and roll tightly each filet and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Preheat the oven at 190 C.
  5. Heat Horio soft with olive oil in a greaseproof frying pan and sauté fillets.
  6. Put the fillets in a baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove toothpicks and cut fillets diagonally. Serve with salad.
