INGREDIENTS 4 tblsp. Horio organic extra virgin olive oil 1 tblsp. TOP White Vinegar 300 gr. sliced mushroom salt, pepper, parsley 1 bunch of endives (chop only the tender leaves)
- Mix the Horio organic extra virgin olive oil, the vinegar, the salt and the pepper.
- Add the mushrooms and the parsley and let them marinate for one hour.
- Spread the endive leaf by leaf on an open platter. Serve the mushrooms over the endive, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
