INGREDIENTS
4 cups ground walnuts700 gr. Chocolate sprinkles3 cups of sugar3 cups breadcrumbs½ cup of milk½ cup of brandy2 tblsp cocoa1 tblsp Horio butter Corfu type
DIRECTIONS
In a pot, put all the ingredients except for the walnuts, and boil them until the sugar melts.
Add the walnuts and mix well. After the dough cools, mold into small balls and roll them into the chocolate sprinkles*.
Roll the balls around so as to get all sides.
Upon placing them on a platter, store in a refridgerator.
*If the dough is sticky, wet your hands with water
