Nut balls with chocolate truffle and cognac
When in need of sweetness, these nut truffles will be delightful. Delicious nut balls covered with chocolate truffle and with a discreet cognac aroma.

Nut balls with chocolate truffle and cognac

INGREDIENTS

4 cups ground walnuts 700 gr. Chocolate sprinkles 3 cups of sugar 3 cups breadcrumbs ½ cup of milk ½ cup of brandy 2 tblsp cocoa 1 tblsp Horio butter Corfu type

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pot, put all the ingredients except for the walnuts, and boil them until the sugar melts.
  2. Add the walnuts and mix well. After the dough cools, mold into small balls and roll them into the chocolate sprinkles*.
  3. Roll the balls around so as to get all sides.
  4. Upon placing them on a platter, store in a refridgerator.

*If the dough is sticky, wet your hands with water
