DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. With ½ tblsp Olive Oil grease a baking pan.
Pour 4 tblsp of olive oil into a frying pan and sauté the leeks, mushrooms, peppers and corn for 6-7 minutes
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the feta and the milk; add salt, pepper and basil and empty into the baking pan
Add the sautéed vegetables and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
