Pasta flora with apricot marmalade

INGREDIENTS

250 gr Horio Soft with Cow Butter 125 gr confectioners sugar 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 pinch of vanilla Orange zest (from 1 orange) 500 gr flour 3 gr baking powder 300 gr apricot marmalade

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixer, mix Horio Soft with Cow Butter, sugar and salt
  2. Beat until the mixture is fluffy; Start off beating at a slow speed and gradually increase the speed
  3. Add the eggs and continue beating until the mixture is complete
  4. Then, beat at a slow speed, gradually adding flour, baking powder, vanilla and the orange zest
  5. Empty mixture into a bowl and knead by hand for 1-2 minutes, make a ball of dough and wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for a short period
  6. Then, take small pieces of dough and form long strings (5-7, depending on the size of the baking pan) and roll out the rest of the dough into a buttered baking pan, pressing it lightly with your palms, from the center going out
  7. Place the marmalade on top of the dough and then, place the strings on top of the marmalade
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the dough is golden brown
