ΥΛΙΚΑ 500 gr rotini pasta 400 gr cherry tomatoes, cut in half 300 gr Horio Organic Feta, cubed 2 diced onions 1 tblsp TOP balsamic or Balsamic Cream ¼ cup Horio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Olive Pate 6-8 Kalamata Olives Chopped parsley Salt / pepper | | ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ- Boil the pasta in salted water according to the pasta box directions. Strain the pasta and place in a bowl, then later, in a larger bowl with cold water in order for the pasta to cool
- In a big salad bowl, mix the pasta, the balsamic vinegar, the Horio olive oil, the olive pate and the dice onions
- Afterwards, add the cherry tomatoes, the olives and the Horio organic feta to the mix
- Mix well and allow the salad to cool in the fridge for one hour so that the flavors may bond
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with sprinkles of parsley
