Greek Pizza
Χωριάτικη Πίτσα


200 gr crumbled Horio feta cheese 4 peeled tomatoes, cleaned of seeds, cut in cubes 2 tblsp Kalamata olives sliced in rings (pits removed) 1 sliced pepper 4 tblsp Horio extra virgin olive oil Koroneiki variety Oregano and basil for sprinkling Dough for pizza


  1. Drain the tomato cubes.
  2. After having drained them, apply on pizza dough and then spread feta cheese, pepper and olives.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano and basil.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until turned brown.
