INGREDIENTS 200 gr crumbled Horio feta cheese 4 peeled tomatoes, cleaned of seeds, cut in cubes 2 tblsp Kalamata olives sliced in rings (pits removed) 1 sliced pepper 4 tblsp Horio extra virgin olive oil Koroneiki variety Oregano and basil for sprinkling Dough for pizza
- Drain the tomato cubes.
- After having drained them, apply on pizza dough and then spread feta cheese, pepper and olives.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano and basil.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until turned brown.
