INGREDIENTS For the sauce 2 tbsp Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil 2-3 tbsp TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon
- Oil a broiler and over medium heat lay it with figs sliced in half. Leave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil with TOP Balsamic Cream with honey and lemon.
- In a salad bowl put rocket, figs, peanuts, cheese and cranberries. Pour sauce over the salad and serve.
