INGREDIENTS 2 pork tenderloins (250 gr each) 100 gr diced Horio Feta or Horio light cheese 1 tsp finely chopped sage 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 2 tbsp Horio Sustainable Olive Oil Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven at 200 C.
- Using a knife, slice tenderloins from one side near the other end. In a bowl combine Horio feta cheese, herbs and pepper. Stuff tenderloin with the mixture and secure with toothpick.
- Oil the meat and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Place in a baking pan and bake until golden brown.
- French fries or baked potatoes make the perfect accompaniment.
