Salad with asparagus and goat’s cheese
A delicious salad garnished with Balsamic, garlic, Horio organic olive oil vinaigrette and sprinkled with Horio goat cheese. Enjoy!

Salad with asparagus and goat’s cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 washed and drained red lettuce 1 washed and drained bunch of rocket salad 8 peeled large asparagus 1 tbsp finely chopped walnuts 100 gr grated Horio goat’s cheese 1 finely chopped fresh onion 4 prosciutto slices

INGREDIENTS Ingredients for the vinaigrette

4 tbsp Horio organic extra virgin olive oil ½ tbsp TOP Balsamic Vinegar ½ clove of garlic Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Βlend all vinaigrette’s ingredients and put the mixture in the refrigerator.
  2. Boil asparagus in a water filled pot for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut all the vegetables by hand and put them in a bowl. Add Horio goat’s cheese, walnuts, fresh onion and vinaigrette and mix well.
  4. Garnish the salad with the prosciutto slices and the asparagus.

Tip: We can also garnish with TOP balsamic cream and freshly ground pepper.
