Liver with wine and Horio Graviera Cheese

Liver with wine and Horio Graviera Cheese


500 gr beef liver cut into cubes 500 gr Horio long maturation Graviera Cheese cut into cubes 1 finely chopped onion 1 little cup of white wine 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 4 tbsp Horio Sustainable Olive Oil Salt and Pepper


  1. Sauté all sides of the liver for 2-3 minutes. Add onion and carry on sautéing for another minute.
  2. Add the wine, salt and pepper. Add herbs and Horio long maturation Graviera Cheese.
  3. Boil for 1 more minute and serve.
