INGREDIENTS 1 package of spaghetti 3 tunas in brine or 2 cans of tuna 1 minced garlic clove 1 grated onion 1 can of tomatoes 1 tblsp oregano 1 jar Horio organic Kalamata olives Salt and pepper
- Prepare the sauce: sauté the onion and the garlic, add the tomatoes, the oregano, the tuna and last, add the Horio organic Kalamata olives. Sprinke salt and pepper with caution. Cook the sauce for 15 – 20-minute.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water and strain.
- Serve pasta with sauce
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and freshly ground pepper and you are ready to serve.
