Stuffed baked potatoes with Horio Feta Cheese Mountain Regions

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash potatoes well and wrap with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 220°for about an hour.
  2. Remove from oven when baked and cut in half lengthwise. Place in baking pan. Remove most of the flesh from the potato leaving a well in the center.
  3. Mix the Horio Feta Cheese Mountain Regions with the Horio cow butter and the bacon. Combine with potato flesh and fill the center of each half potato with the mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven at 160°for another 10 minutes. When ready, remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
