Stuffed baked potatoes with Mediterranean-herbs infused white cheese
Stuffed baked potatoes


2 potatoes 80 gr. Horio infused white cheese with Mediterranean herbs 30 gr. finely chopped bacon 2 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped 25 gr. Horio Cow Butter


  1. Wash potatoes well and wrap with aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 220°for about an hour.
  2. Remove from oven when baked and cut in half lengthwise. Place in baking pan. Remove most of the flesh from the potato leaving a well in the center.
  3. Mix the Horio infused white cheese with Mediterranean herbs with the Horio cow butter and the chopped bacon. Combine with potato flesh and fill center of each half potato with mixture.
  4. Bake in oven at 160°for another 10 minutes. When ready, remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
