INGREDIENTS 6 eggs 4 Horio organic cow cheese slices or Horio organic light cheese slices 4 smoked turkey slices 6 tbsp Horio feta cheese or Horio light white cheese 2 big tomatoes 4 tsp milk 1 tbsp Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil 1 big pepper salt and pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Mix the eggs with the milk.
- In a nonstick pan, pour over Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil. Once it gets warm, add the eggs and reduce the heat. Turn over when the bottom gets brownish.
- On half of the surface of the omelet, put Horio feta cheese, Horio cheese slices, the turkey, the finely sliced tomatoes, the pepper, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- When the omelet gets warm and cheese starts melting, use one side of the omelet in order to fold it: with a spatula, lift the one half you haven’t spread the ingredients on and use it to cover the other.
