Stuffed omelet with feta and graviera cheese, turkey and tomato

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs 4 Horio organic cow cheese slices or Horio organic light cheese slices 4 smoked turkey slices 6 tbsp Horio feta cheese or Horio light white cheese 2 big tomatoes 4 tsp milk 1 tbsp Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil 1 big pepper salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the eggs with the milk.
  2. In a nonstick pan, pour over Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil. Once it gets warm, add the eggs and reduce the heat. Turn over when the bottom gets brownish.
  3. On half of the surface of the omelet, put Horio feta cheese, Horio cheese slices, the turkey, the finely sliced tomatoes, the pepper, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. When the omelet gets warm and cheese starts melting, use one side of the omelet in order to fold it: with a spatula, lift the one half you haven’t spread the ingredients on and use it to cover the other.
