INGREDIENTS 6 eggs 4 Horio graviera cheese in slices 4 smoked turkey slices 6 tblsp Horio feta cheese or Horio light white cheese 2 big tomatoes 4 tea spoons milk 1 tblsp Horio sustainable olive oil 1 big pepper salt and pepper
- Mix the eggs with the milk.
- In a nonstick pan, pour over Horio sustainable olive oil. Once it gets warm, add the eggs and reduce heat. Turn over when bottom gets brownish.
- On half of the surface of the omelet, put Horio feta cheese, Horio graviera cheese slices, the turkey, the finely sliced tomatoes, the pepper, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- When omelet gets warm and cheese starts melting, use one side of the omelet in order to fold it: with a spatula, lift the one half you haven’t spread the ingredients on and use it to cover the other.
