INGREDIENTS 200 gr spinach 20 gr Horio feta cheese ½ cup scallions ½ cup sour cream or yogurt 4 large eggs 1 tsp Tabasco 1 tsp nutmeg, optionally
- Preheat oven at 180C. Coat a baking pan with butter.
- In a large bowl, put spinach without their stems. Crush Horio feta cheese over spinach and add scallions. Sprinkle Tabasco and nutmeg on top.
- Mix sour cream with eggs in a bowl, until soft.
- Mix both mixtures and put in baking pan.
- Bake tart for 30-35 minutes.
