Pumpkin velour

A delicious soup with pumpkin, potato, ginger, garlic and smooth texture thanks to Horio Cow butter and Horio soft with Greek yogurt. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pot, melt Horio Cow Butter and sauté onion, celery, garlic, ginger and pumpkin for 3-4 minutes over high heat.
  2. Add water to cover everything two fingers above. Salt and pepper and boil for 50 minutes over medium/high heat.
  3. Remove from the heat and using a hand blender mash all ingredients. Add Horio soft with yoghurt and stir until melted.
