1 kilo pumpkin, peeled and diced 1 diced onion 1 finely chopped celery 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp grated ginger 1 diced large potato Salt and Pepper 2 tbsp
INGREDIENTS Horio Cow Butter 1 tbsp Horio soft with Greek yogurt
- In a pot, melt Horio Cow Butter and sauté onion, celery, garlic, ginger and pumpkin for 3-4 minutes over high heat.
- Add water to cover everything two fingers above. Salt and pepper and boil for 50 minutes over medium/high heat.
- Remove from the heat and using a hand blender mash all ingredients. Add Horio soft with yoghurt and stir until melted.
